Now this...this, in my opinion is the perfect day.
I'm in my pyjamas.
On the computer.
The adults are at work.
My brother's at child care.
It's raining.


And it looks absolutely beautiful.

i cannot dance.
i have tried and failed.
don't make me try to sing.
i will only embarrass myself.
i wish i could draw.
i wish i could paint.
but all i do is make a mess.
i am not artistic in any way.

maths will always defeat me.
i will never understand it.
i find it hard to concentrate
it makes me feel idiotic.

i feel like all i have left are my words.
and even then, sometimes i cannot get them to work for me.
just read this and you'll understand what i mean.

i'm terrible at writing poems.
i dont even know if this counts as one.
but...at least i gave it a go.

so i'm sitting here. looking after my brother. watching lazy town clips on youtube to keep him occupied. eating chocolate. what a way to spend an easter.

If i've learnt one thing from keeping a blog it's that i'm bad a committing. I hardly ever do blog posts. I can't keep a dairy either.

Am I supposed to have an excuse? You know, like 'I'm so busy, I hardly ever have time to update my blog.'

That excuse wouldn't work because I'm almost never busy. I think it's just because...i forget.

But that doesn't matter.

People aren't reading this anyway.

So, I hope you had a good Arpril Fools and that you had fun laughing at people who looked when you told them their shoes laces were undone, when clearly, they weren't.

I'm off for now. Who knows when I'll see you next.

the holidays are over now and im confined to that place they call school for another whole year.

things aren't all that different. it was good to get back and see people again. especially the people i missed.

i feel so disorganised at the moment. i have no idea why.

i'm going to see josh thomas with briah soon, so im pretty darn excited about that.

WHOA!

Wow. Time really does fly, doesn't it? It seems like only yesterday it was my birthday and now its almost the end of term 3. During that whole time I haven't even done a single post.

Not much has happened, i guess. I'm going overseas soon, so I'm pretty excited about that, though Briah doesn't seem very impressed that I'll be away for over a month.

Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know that I hadn't forgotten about my blog.....or that I hadn't died or something.
